Bare Elegance Boudoir Photography – Terms & Conditions

1. What’s Included in Your Bare Elegance Experience

Pre-session consultation call to prepare you and answer any questions.
Our detailed PDF Prep Guide.
Professional hair styling and makeup (including lashes).
Up to 3 hours of studio time (average 2.5 hours).
Unlimited outfit changes within your scheduled session.
Full guidance on posing, facial expression, and confidence building.
Post-session ordering appointment (in-person or virtual) to select your favorite images and design your custom album or package.
Print credit applied toward your selected Bare Elegance package (as earned).

Session Fee: $495 (non-refundable).
Minimum Order Requirement: $850 (non-refundable).
Both amounts cover immediate out-of-pocket expenses and are due even if the session is canceled.
Booking is completed via our online system. By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Before your session, you agree to:

Participate in the consultation call.
Read the Prep Guide in full.
Avoid unwanted tan lines (unless you want them in your photos).
Ensure outfits are properly fitted and steamed/wrinkle-free.
Understand that preventable retouching (wrinkles, poor fit, tan lines) will be outsourced at $150 per image and will delay delivery.

Hair and makeup are scheduled 2 hours before your session.
Wear a button-up or zip-up top to protect hair and makeup when changing.
Communicate desired changes before leaving the hair/makeup chair.
You must sign a Hair & Makeup Approval Form before shooting begins.
Bare Elegance is not responsible for dissatisfaction after approval is signed.
Post-session hair/makeup changes requested in retouching are outsourced at $80 per image.

All sessions are private by default. Images are only shared for marketing with your written consent via a signed Model Release.
Hair and makeup artists may use behind-the-scenes images or clips only with your verbal consent.
You may revoke permission at any time. Bare Elegance will remove images from platforms under its control but cannot guarantee removal from all public domains.

Bare Elegance retains full creative control over staff, styling, set design, posing, lighting, image selection, and editing.
Client requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
No images or products are included unless purchased; minimum $850 order applies.
Ordering appointments must be scheduled before leaving the studio and occur within 10 business days of your session.

All images remain the property of Bare Elegance until purchased.
Copying, screenshotting, recording, or reproducing images without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use results in:
- $500 penalty fee (due within 5 business days).
- If unpaid: $750 per stolen image (due within 48 hours).
- Bare Elegance reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action.
Theft of services (e.g., attending a session but failing to pay the $850 minimum) may result in deletion of all images and legal consequences.

Full payment: Images enter retouching queue immediately.
Payment plan: Images enter queue 30 days before final payment due.
Delivery within 14 days of final payment via password-protected online gallery with PIN.
Clients have 7 days to request changes or sign off on approval. If no response, images are considered approved.
Sessions are archived for 1 year.
“Full gallery” orders include retouching only for images printed in albums/products; remaining images are delivered as proofs.

If error is on client’s order form → client pays 50% for replacement.
If error is Bare Elegance’s → replacement is covered (incorrect item must be returned).
Bare Elegance is not responsible for items lost in transit or incorrect client addresses.

Bare Elegance is the exclusive photographer for your session.
Guests are not permitted unless prior written permission is given.
Clients must maintain cheerful cooperation, respectful communication, and provide a safe working environment.
Harassment policy:
- 1st offense: Verbal/written warning, behavior must stop immediately.
- 2nd offense: Bare Elegance may terminate without refund; client remains liable for $850 minimum order, and all images will be destroyed.

Rescheduling:

15+ days notice → may reschedule once at no cost.
48 hours–14 days → reschedule fee $150 (due within 48 hours).
Less than 48 hours or 20+ minutes late → reschedule fee $299 (due within 48 hours).
Multiple reschedules or non-payment = cancellation.

Cancellation:

Session fee ($495) and minimum order ($850) are non-refundable.
At studio’s discretion, all monies may be applied as credit toward an order for up to 6 months. New session fee required to rebook.

Bare Elegance is not responsible for personal belongings left in the studio. Please check carefully before leaving.
