After your booking is confirmed, we will promptly send you our detailed preparation guide. This comprehensive guide includes everything you need to know about what to wear to ensure you look and feel your absolute best, along with all the essential contact information you might need before your session.
Hair and makeup will be professionally scheduled for you a couple of hours before your photoshoot begins. You’ll receive detailed information soon about the exact appointment time and the contact details of the talented artist who will be enhancing your look.
Once your hair and makeup are flawlessly done, we’ll hang up your carefully selected outfits and take some time to discuss which pieces will perfectly complement each segment of the shoot. If you need help deciding what attire to bring to the shoot we can discuss these details in the complimentary consultation.
The photo shoot is the fun and exciting part where your vision comes alive. The photo shoot takes about 2.5 hours after the styling and wardrobe sessions. The experience is very exciting and time flys by before you know it. If you feel you need more time, we can extend the time up to 3.0 full hours to make your shots perfect.

1. I’ve never done a boudoir session before—what should I expect?
That’s perfectly okay—most of my clients are first-timers! I’ll guide you through every pose, expression, and angle so you never feel unsure. We’ll spend time getting you comfortable, chatting, and laughing so it feels more like a fun girls’ day than a stiff photoshoot.
2. Do I need to know how to pose?
Not at all! Posing is my job, not yours. I’ll walk you through each movement and adjust everything from your hands to your toes. You just show up and enjoy the experience.
3. What should I wear?
Anything that makes you feel confident and beautiful! Lingerie is the most popular choice, but bodysuits, off-the-shoulder sweaters, silk robes, or even your partner’s button-up shirt can be incredibly sexy. I’ll send you a wardrobe guide after booking to help you choose.
4. Do I have to wear lingerie?
Absolutely not. Boudoir is about feeling amazing in your own skin, not about showing a certain amount of it. If you feel your best in a flowy dress, jeans and a tank, or even cozy knit socks—let’s do that!
5. Will you retouch my photos?
Yes. I do light retouching to smooth skin, remove blemishes, and enhance lighting—while keeping you looking like you. Think of it as polishing, not changing.
6. I’m nervous about my body—will I still look good?
I promise, you will. I know how to pose and light you in the most flattering ways so you look your absolute best. Most of my clients start out nervous and end up leaving feeling like supermodels.
7. How do I prepare for my session?
I’ll send you a prep guide covering everything from skin care to hair tips to what to bring. Simple touches—like wearing loose clothes to avoid marks and bringing inspiration photos—make a big difference.
8. Do you offer hair and makeup?
Yes! Professional hair and makeup are included in your experience. You’ll arrive and be pampered while we create your perfect look.
9. Will anyone else be in the room?
It’s just me, and my hair/makeup artist before we start shooting. My space is private, safe, and judgment-free.
10. Will my photos be displayed online?
Only if you give me permission in writing. Your privacy is my top priority, and many clients choose to keep their images completely private.
11. Do you offer refunds?
Because of the nature of the service and the time reserved exclusively for you, session fees and product purchases are non-refundable.
12. What if I’m not photogenic?
I hear this all the time—and it’s never true. Everyone is photogenic when they’re relaxed, comfortable, and guided by someone who knows what they’re doing. That’s my specialty.
13. How much will I spend?
The session fee covers your experience. Images and products are purchased separately, with a minimum order of $850. Most clients invest $1,249–$3,999 in their collections.
14. When will I see my photos?
You’ll view your images the same day or within a week, depending on your session type. I’ll help you select your favorites and design your dream album or products.
