By visiting our website, booking a session, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bare Elegance Boudoir Photography provides professional boudoir photography sessions, products, and related services. All sessions require a signed client agreement and a non-refundable retainer to secure your date.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.

  • Images, albums, and products are purchased separately. A minimum product purchase of $850 is required.

  • Most clients spend between $1249–$3999 on collections.

  • Payment plans may be available upon request.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your retainer.

5. Refunds

Due to the custom and intimate nature of boudoir photography, all payments are final and non-refundable.

6. Use of Images

  • Client privacy is our top priority. Your images will never be shared publicly without your written consent.

  • Clients who sign a model release may have their images featured on our website, social media, or marketing materials.

  • Without a signed release, your photos remain completely private.
